You can speak up and say what’s really on your mind even though your heart is racing.

You can honor your boundaries even though you might worry about what people will think.

You can feel calm and balanced even though you are doing something that scares you.

You can trust in your ability to figure things out even when you feel like you don’t know what the heck you are doing!

And once you truly internalize that this is a choice within you, that’s when you can have real confidence in yourself.
